Eric founded EMS Electric with a clear goal: build a company rooted in quality, safety, and integrity. Nearly two decades later, his leadership has made EMS one of the South’s most trusted industrial and commercial electrical contractors.
A graduate of the NJATC apprenticeship program and recipient of the Outstanding Apprentice of the Year award from Monroe JATC (2004), Eric leads by example. His passion for tackling complex challenges ensures every EMS project meets the highest standards.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys hunting, fishing, and family time at the hunting camp.
Casey, a fellow NJATC program graduate, has been with EMS Electric since its founding. With over 20 years of electrical experience, he wears many hats from leadership to estimating, project management, and daily operations. His hands-on approach ensures each client receives exceptional service and clear communication from start to finish.
When he’s not on the job, Casey enjoys outdoor adventures and family sports.
With 40+ years of experience in the industrial electrical field, Marvin is an asset to our team and our customers. He manages estimating, safety, and client relationships. His leadership ensures that projects are completed safely and on time.
Dustin has been a valued member of the EMS Electric team since 2006—from apprentice to journeyman to project manager. His field background gives him practical insight into complex systems and the challenges of each project. He specializes in control systems, generator service, and electrical estimating.
Josh has been a part of the EMS team since 2016. With a focus on detail-oriented project management and estimating, He coordinates every stage of a project—from design to completion—to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
Rusty joined EMS Electric in 2013 and currently oversees industrial projects primarily in the pulp and paper industry.
He is a dedicated team leader with a sharp eye for detail; Rusty ensures that every job runs smoothly and safely from start to finish.
Trey also joined EMS Electric in 2013 and currently oversees field operations, coordinates materials and schedules, and ensures projects stay on track. With over a decade in the trade, including commercial, residential, and industrial experience, Trey leads with precision and reliability.
With decades of experience in the electrical industry, Merwin brings a wealth of knowledge and steady leadership to every project he manages. His extensive background in papermill operations has honed his ability to handle complex electrical systems with precision and efficiency. Known for his professionalism and commitment to excellence, Merwin ensures each project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard. His dedication and expertise make him a cornerstone of the EMS Electric team.
Bryon is an experienced electrical project manager specializing in the oil and gas industry. He ensures that every job meets the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality. Bryon’s practical expertise is matched by his good sense of humor, which helps foster strong teamwork and a positive job-site atmosphere.
